Windows C#/Java GUI developer

Position Number: SE22

Position Description: The qualified person will primarily be responsible for developing and maintaining state-of-the-art graphical user interfaces within a Windows Java/C# environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop aesthetically pleasing interactive graphical user interfaces
Assist in the design and development of DBI's client application framework
Define and estimate development tasks and deliver quality software on time
Stay abreast of current Java, C# and .Net technology and provide recommendations on how to leverage it to deliver industry leading product interfaces

Requirements:

B.S. in Computer Science, or a 4 year degree in another field and 5+ years professional development experience.
At lest 4 years current experience developing Windows graphical user interfaces using C# and Java
Good object-oriented software development skills
Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems
SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 database development experience is preferred
Familiarity with agile development techniques preferred
