Select a time of day when activity is typically quite high such as 9am, 10am, 11am, or 2pm. You will need to complete the END OF CONTEST PARTICIPANT INSTRUCTIONS at approximately the SAME time of day two weeks later. It is important that we compare "apples to apples".
