Jeff is the Chief Technology Officer at DBI. Prior to joining DBI, he was a senior software architect at Imceda software (subsequently purchased by Quest Software) building high performance backup solutions, a Product Author at BMC Software building database change management solutions, a lead software engineer at Landmark Graphics building OpenWorks, the first open application software framework for the oil and gas industry, and a member of technical staff (MTS) at Bell Labs where he built some of the first facilities management systems that leveraged microcomputers and commercial databases.
Jeff has over 24 years of experience designing and delivering software solutions that address mission critical data management issues. Jeff Omo has one software patent and holds a Master of Science from the Steven's Institute of Technology in the field of Computer Science.
