Debbie Rinkevich is a Senior Software Architect for DBI. Prior to joining DBI, Debbie worked as Director of R&D for a startup specializing in mobile device software, and as the Product Development Manager and lead developer member of the IBM Directory team. Her specialties include data replication, server architecture, security and Graphical User Interface.

Debbie has participated in standards activity as an IETF architect and authored several IETF standards on directory access control. Debbie also spent considerable time working on User Interfaces, Product Install and Configuration.

Debbie received her B.S. degree in Computer Science from Duke University, and her Masters in Software Engineering from University of Houston. She also received additional certificates from IBM sponsored programs in leadership and management training. Debbie is the inventor on over fifteen US Patents, and she has one US Patent Pending for Brother-WatchDog’s web identity technology.
