Scott Hayes is President & CEO of Database-Brothers Inc (DBI), a company intensely focused on IBM DB2 UDB LUW and Oracle database solutions. Scott is an IBM DB2 GOLD Consultant and has received a number of DB2 Certifications. He has authored several published articles in DB2 Magazine and the IDUG Solutions Journal. Most of the international database community will recognize him from over eight years of presentations at IBM DB2 Technical and IDUG Conferences. Prior to DBI, Scott was Director of Product Marketing at BMC Software. BMC acquired Scott's first company, DGI, in June 2003. DGI was known for its industry unique, best of breed, DB2 UDB performance tools.
